Epizyme is the first tenant to occupy 400  Tech Square, a newly renovated 10-story building at Technology Square, in Cambridge, MA. The former office building has been completely gutted and upgraded to lab-ready space. 


Occupying 1 ½ floors, the  efficient layout accommodates reception, administrative and executive spaces on half of floor 4, and science labs plus additional offices, meeting spaces and work stations on the entire fifth floor. A dramatic, central, connecting stair unifies the floors while interior glass walls bring sweeping, 360 degree views and natural light, through perimeter offices, into the interior. A central, break room, large enough for company-wide meetings forms the heart of the 4th floor space. The 5th floor organization features an open office work space running the length of the building, parallel to the lab spaces, affording numerous lab entrance opportunities, helping to create a transparent and collaborative working environment.
